ATTENTION 7th & 8th GRADERS: Applications for Honor Society membership are now available on the counter outside the attendance office. Please fill out the application with your June report card grades and citizenship marks as best you can. Turn it in to the counseling office on or before this Friday at 4:00pm. Don’t miss out! Be sure to turn in your applications before the deadline. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Steele. NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!

ALSO, 7th & 8th GRADERS: Yosemite trip applications for 8th graders and Catalina trip applications for 7th graders are also now available on the attendance office counter. Please have your parents fill these out and you can return them to the counseling office no later than this Friday at 4:00pm. NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!! Any student applying for these trips must also apply for and be accepted into Honor Society. Due to a strict time frame, students desiring to go on these trips should apply for the trip and Honor Society at the same time. If a student doesn’t make it in to Honor Society, his or her trip application and check will be returned.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS: Tomorrow evening is Back-to-School Night. Please make sure your parents know about it.  The evening starts for 6th grade parents at 6:00pm, then there will be a general meeting for all parents at 6:30. Your parents will be able to visit your classes and meet your teachers starting at 7:00. The evening ends at 8:25.

FINALLY, STUDENTS: Are you interested in the media, video editing and important news topics?  We’re looking into having an A. C. Stelle News Broadcasting club for students, and we’d like your ideas about it.  Please join us tomorrow after school for a meeting, if this sounds like fun to you. We’ll meet in F105, from 2:45 -3:30.

REMINDER, STUDENTS: Today is our first Staff Collaboration Day; dismissal is at 12:30.
