Graduation Information!

Exciting times are ahead!

2019 Graduation Information

Graduation: Thursday, June 13, 2019 @ 6:00pm

Seniors are to report to the gym no later than 4:30pm for check in. Students may only bring their student ID and car keys with them into the gym. No cell phones are allowed and will be confiscated if you bring them to the gym.  Senior cannot decorate their caps, nor wear leis until after the ceremony.

Graduation Rehearsal: Wednesday, June 12, 2019 @ 7:50am in the Gym

Arrive promptly! Rehearsal is planned from 7:50 AM to approximately 12:00 PM. Be sure to wear a hat and sunblock. Students will NOT be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony unless they have participated in the rehearsal. In addition students must be clear of all library obligations, discipline hours and service charges such as for returned checks before attending any senior events. Students will receive their graduation tickets, cap and gowns after rehearsal in the gym.

Graduation Cap and Gowns:

If you have not purchased a cap, gown, and tassel, you may still do so.  You may purchase the keepsake cap, gown and tassel set for $25. Click here to purchase: Keepsake Cap, Gown and Tassel

Caps and gowns are available free-of-charge but MUST be returned after the ceremony.  For students who have borrowed a cap and gown, there will be a return bin next to the diploma pick up at the concession stand. 

Graduation Tickets:
All seniors will receive 2 free graduation tickets.

  • Seniors will also receive 2 additional free tickets (for a total of 4 free tickets)  upon completion of The Naviance Survey which opens on April 22, 2019 and must be completed by May 6, 2019.  If you have questions regarding the Naviance Survey please contact Marcy Heider @  
  • Extra graduation tickets will be on sale for $20 each through June 6, 2019.  Click here to purchase tickets:  Gradution Tickets 
  • Tickets will be sold at the door for $25 (cash only).  Ticket sales will be limited.  

Graduation Guest Entrance Time:

Both the gates at Argos and the Tennis Courts will be open to the public and will open as follows:

  • 4:15 pm for handicapped
  • 4:30 pm for the general public

For the respect of all graduating seniors and families, coolers, umbrellas, balloons, airhorns, confetti poppers, posters, or animals are PROHIBITED.  

All bags are subject to search.

Handicapped Parking and Seating:

Limited handicapped parking is available at the corner of Thousand Oaks Blvd. and Argos St.  YOU MUST SHOW A HANDICAPPED LICENSE/PLACARD TO PARK IN THIS AREA.  If the handicapped parking area is full, plan to have someone drop off the handicapped person (plus one to accompany) off at the driveway on Argos St. in front of the double gate.  

Admission for handicapped will start at 4:15pm.  

Entry will be through the double gate for admission into the stadium.  Only the handicapped plus one other person will be allowed through the gate.  Each of you must have a graduation ticket for admission into the stadium. You will be directed to the handicapped area seating below the stadium seats on the field level. The rest of your family and friends will be allowed to enter with the general public starting at 4:30pm to sit on the stadium bleachers.

Diploma Pickup:

Seniors or parents of seniors will be able to pick up diplomas at the concession stand after the graduation ceremony with a student I.D. or parent I.D. Diplomas are not mailed home, so don’t forget to pick it up!  For students who have borrowed a cap and gown, there will be a return bin next to the diploma pickup. 


We will have a photographer taking pictures during the ceremony.  The photographer will send you a proof of your graduating student through the mail or email. Contract Info: Jim Ober (805) 578-3470 -
