Registration is open for new neighborhood students for next school year. Please stop by and pick up an enrollment packet at our school office. Please note that the following information is mandatory for registration:
-Three documents to prove residence (Gas, tax, water, and electric bills are the
ONLY acceptable utility proofs of residence. Driver’s license identification and
telephone bills are not acceptable proofs of residence.)
-Proof of birth:
o Kindergarten (child must have been born on or before September 1, 2013).
o Transitional Kindergarten (Journeys Pre-K) (child must have been born on
or before December 2, 2013).
-Proof of immunization, report of health AND dental exam.
If you already have children attending our school, you still MUST submit an enrollment packet for your new student. If you have any questions, please call our office.
If you don't live in our school neighborhood but you are interested in our school, please see our District's School of Choice permit application information (link to: https://www.lvusd.org/Page/166). If you reside outside of our District, please see the Interdistrict Permit application information (link to: https://www.lvusd.org/Page/164). Permit applications are due February 1.
