Principal's Message

 Dear Willow Families,

Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we navigate this changing time together.  We've completed Day 1 of collaboration, training, and planning among our teachers and staff and I am so grateful for their hard work and innovation.  Distance learning for students district-wide begins Wednesday, 3/18/20. If you haven't already, you'll hear from your child’s teacher with plans by Wednesday on ParentSquare and/or email.

Thanks to our PFA for sending out the fun ideas for Virtual Wildcat Spirit Week today on ParentSquare.  These are optional, of course, but can be great ideas for students before, during and after Wednesday’s distance learning opportunities are shared.

Change is often difficult and we're all in this together! Ask for help when you may need it and don't forget about the incredible resources available to you.  At the top right of this page is an icon for ‘School Dismissal Resources.’  On it, are resources for grades K-3, 4-5, and Parent Wellness.

I hope you have been able to enjoy time with your children and your family. We missed being with your children today but feel lucky to be part of such a supportive community.

Stay healthy,

Principal Kintz
