Great news! Based on her outstanding leadership and unwavering dedication, Liberty Logan has been selected as the 2023 Elementary Principal of the Year by the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) Region 13! Congratulations to Principal Logan!

Being selected as the 2023 Elementary Principal of the Year is an esteemed honor as ACSA Region 13 includes 50 different school districts and hundreds of elementary schools from San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties. Principal Logan joined the Las Virgenes Unified School District in 2006 and has been the proud principal of Sumac Elementary for six years. Her ongoing commitment to providing a Dual Language Immersion Program is preparing her students to be caring, capable, and compassionate citizens of a global community.
