Student Re-Registration 2019-2020

Back to School Registration Information

Current students will already be in the Aeries system and will also receive an email advising you how to make changes and review your student’s information. More tips can be found here on our District website.

To begin registration for the 2019/2020 school year for a student new to the district, you must have your student ID# and Verification Passcode. You will receive these numbers via an e-mail during the summer from technicalsupport@lvusd.org with directions to enter your student (check your spam/junk folder). As soon as you have these numbers, please type the following link into your browser: https://parent.lvusd.org  Follow the instructions below to either set up a new parent account or access an existing account.

 

New to Aeries

– Setup a new parent account

 

Existing User of Aeries

– Adding additional student(s) to your Parent Portal account:

Visit the following website: https://parent.lvusd.org

Go to https://parent.lvusd.org

2.

Select “Create New Account”

2.

Log in with your existing Parent account

3.

Select “Parent” and hit “Next”

3.

Select “Change Student” in the upper right corner of the page

4.

Enter in the required information, then click “Next”

Select “add new student to your account”

5.

Check your e-mail (possibly your spam/junk folder) for an e-mail from technicalsupport@lvusd.org

Enter the 3 pieces of information provided above.

Click on the link that says “Confirm Current E-mail Address,” or copy the code at the bottom of the e-mail manually

Click on the word “Home” in the upper left corner

7.

Visit https://parent.lvusd.org and login with your new account

Enter in the 3 pieces of information provided above

 

 

  Once you access your student’s account, please review the following tabs:

  • Student Demographics
  • Contacts
  • Medical Information
  • Authorizations and Prohibitions
  • PFC Documents - Payments for all PFC activities are processed online @ SchoolPay.com.  You may purchase the following items beginning

          July 15th to avoid long lines on Registration Day:

  • Donor Drive
  • Disaster Preparedness
  • Community Cards

Room Parent Forms can be printed from Aeries.

Final Data Confirmation – Proof of Data Confirmation must be provided (hard copy or visual via smart phone) at the time of Registration

In addition, please complete and return the following documents.  These were included with your child’s report card or mailed home to new students.

  • YELLOW Emergency Card - single card front and back
  • BUFF colored Student Emergency Tag (complete both sides). PHOTO MUST BE ATTACHED

 

 Please bring your COMPLETED paperwork to the MPR on Tuesday, August 20th, at the times listed below:

 Grades 4-5:

If your last name begins with the letters:       A-L (ONLY)  please come at 1:00 p.m.

                                                                           M-Z (ONLY)  please come at 2:00 p.m.

 Grades 1-3:

If your last name begins with the letters:       A-L (ONLY)  please come at 3:00 p.m.

                                                                           M-Z (ONLY)  please come at 4:00 p.m.

 

For families with siblings in grades 1-3 and 4-5, please come at the time that is convenient for you.
