Greetings A.E. Wright Middle School Families! Welcome to AEW Middle School’s 2022-2023 school year.  We are looking forward to returning to a fantastic school year with you all. This letter includes information about re-registration, registration, information pertinent to each grade level, and overall school updates. This year, we have worked to make re-registration as convenient and safe as possible for our families. The annual AEWMS registration will be on Wednesday, August 17th. The registration window begins today, and it closes on August 17th. It will help us plan if you complete the process as soon as you conveniently can.  

Our webstore is now open! You can go online and purchase Yearbooks, Spirit Wear and PE clothes/items. We encourage you to make those purchases today by clicking and ordering at AE Wright Webstore Any items that you purchase will be distributed to your student during the first few weeks of school.

Below are step-by-step instructions to follow in order to ensure you have completed all the required steps for Registration.  We hope it is as easy as 1, 2, 3.  Students will receive their schedule at registration after turning in all forms, paying fines and collecting materials that day.   

STEP 1: Log into your Aeries account now and look for the yellow banner:  (

STEP 2: On Aeries: Student Data Confirmation... 

Review and complete the following online forms in Aeries.  All required information must be filled out on AERIES ( Upon completion you will receive a confirmation email from at the email address you have registered in Aeries. For assistance with the electronic process, please visit Aeries Information for tutorials.

  • Medical History Information
  • Device Use Agreement
  • Authorization and Prohibations (Yes/No statements)
  • Documents/Legal Papers
  • Yerbook Purchasing Flyer
  • PFC Donation Drive Form

STEP 3: Purchase A.E Wright Spirit Wear, Yearbooks, Organizers, and PE Clothes beginning August 1st.

Important Date Reminders:

Registration on Aeries- August 1, 2022 - August 17, 2022 (follow steps above)

Registration at AEW Middle School - Wednesday August 17, 2022

First Day of School - Wednesday, August 24, 2022 

School and Grade Level Updates:

REGISTRATION DAY 6-8th grade: Registration is in person at school and we are hosting it on Wednesday, August 17th. Please see the attached schedule for your child's times and please note the map for where we will hold registration. Registration Schedule and Map

7TH GRADE STUDENTS: By law, in order to be admitted into school, students in 7th grade must submit proof of TDAP immunization. You can show proof a few different ways this year: Email it to our Health Çlerk: or bring your proof of immunization to the Registration on Wednesday, August 17th. 7th grade students without proper immunization, will not be admitted to school. 


Camp Sparty is an opportunity for incoming 6th graders to get to know a little more about AE Wright and to have a chance to meet new friends. This year, Camp Sparty is on Tuesday, August 23rd from 10:00am to 12:00pm. We will hold the camp in our new renovated gym. The cost is $20 and includes lunch and an AE Wright T-Shirt. Lunches may be purchased in the school cafeteria throughout the school year for approximately $5.00 per lunch and $3.50 for breakfast. Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts at Las Virgenes Unified School District - School Nutrition And Fitness. Cash and check options for payment are also available on the website and at registration.

Las Virgenes Unified School District participates in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs. Meals are served every school day. Eligible students may receive meals free or at a reduced price. It is important that your student receives the benefits they are entitled to. You may not even realize your child may be eligible. Please note that this application and status are completely confidential. Applications must be resubmitted annually. This year we have made the process easier through an online link: ONLINE APPLICATION Only complete one application per family. The information you give will be used to determine or prove your child's eligibility for free or reduced-priced meals. This information may also be used for other state or federally funded school benefits.
