Wednesday, August 14, 2019: FALL REGISTRATION DAY, 8:45 am - 1:30 pm

On this day ALL STUDENTS will pick up their class schedule, purchase PE clothes and lock, purchase a student organizer, get their picture taken for school ID and yearbook, etc.

If you can't attend the FALL REGISTRATION DAY on Wednesday, August 14, the MAKEUP REGISTRATION DAY will be Tuesday, August 20.

RE-REGISTRATION: Beginning July 15, parents and families MUST complete the re-registration process in AERIES.

  • After inputting the required information, you will receive a data confirmation email.
  • You will need to print out and bring:
    • Purchase Order Form
    • PFC Form
    • Picture Order Form

Please bring a check or cash to pay for: PE clothes/lock, organizer, locker lock, and yearbook.

P.E. CLOTHES & LOCK: Students may purchase P.E. clothes during registration for $25.00 per set (shorts & shirt) or $13.00 each. Please wait until after the first day of school to write your student’s name on the PE clothes. The P.E. teachers will give your student very specific instructions as to how the names are to be written. Please do not allow students to draw pictures, use a variety of colors, or mark uniforms themselves. Locks for the PE lockers may be purchased for $6.00 or students may bring their own combination lock from home. Please note: neither A.E. Wright nor the District is responsible for broken, lost, or cut locks.

ORGANIZERS: Student organizers are a key tool in helping students keep track of homework assignments and upcoming tests. The organizers are used daily and are a great tool for communication between parents and teachers. Organizers are $10.00.

LOCKERS: Lockers are available for 6th grade students only. Locker assignments will be given out during registration. Locks may be purchased during registration for $15.00. Students may also provide their own lock from home. However, the school or the District is not liable for any lock that is broken, lost, or cut. All lockers (P.E. lockers included) are property of the LVUSD.

YEARBOOK: Students may purchase the yearbook through early December for $60. Books sold after January 1st will cost $75; however, supplies are limited and subject to publisher availability.

CAMP SPARTY for 6th GRADE STUDENTS: All 6th grade students are encouraged to attend our 6th grade orientation, Camp Sparty, on August 20 from 10 am - 12 pm.  The day will begin in the A.E. Wright gym and will include games, tours, friendship building activities, and more! The cost is $20 and includes lunch and a t-shirt. Sign up for Camp Sparty during Registration. If you are not able to attend Registration, you can register at the door on August 20 starting at 8:30 am.
