Hallie Chambers
Director of Classified Personnel

Hallie Chambers joined the LVUSD team in 2021 as the Director of Human Resources.  Prior to this, she served as an elementary school teacher and elementary and secondary administrator in the Conejo Valley Unified School District for 17 years.  In addition, she has presented to numerous organizations and universities on topics such as Creating Connections in the classroom and Leading Positive Teams.  

Ms. Chambers received her Bachelor’s of Art degree in Liberal Studies with a Spanish minor, teaching credential, Master’s of Arts in Educational Leadership and administrative credential from California Lutheran University.  

Over the past several years Ms. Chambers has been recognized as the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce 40 under 40 the PTA Outstanding Administrator and Indian Education Assistant Principal of the Year.  In terms of professional organizations, Ms. Chambers is a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and ACSA.

Mrs. Chambers comes from a family of educators and spent her childhood growing up in the International school setting. 


The Personnel Department staff hires, develops and motivates employees who will be responsible for the achievement of the District’s goal of excellence in education and outstanding citizenship. They work with staff members to assist them in reaching their highest potential. This begins with recruitment and selection of highly trained 21st century communicators, matching their skills with the District’s needs, and ensuring they get appropriate feedback and training. The Personnel Department ensures effective two-­‐way communication with all employee groups and facilitates the collective bargaining process.
