Aeries Student Data System
Access the Aeries Parent Portal at parent.lvusd.org
What is Aeries?
A Parent account in Aeries allows you to view your student's demographic information, emergency information, grades, attendance, and more. Aeries ensures you and your student's school site have the most up-to-date information.
As a parent, you have the ability to update information such as demographics, contacts, medical history, authorizations, and school site-specific documents in your Aeries Parent Portal at parent.lvusd.org.
Annual Requirement: Data Confirmation
Aeries Registration must be completed by a parent or guardian before the start of every school year.
Complete These 3 Steps
Step 1: Log In
Log into your Aeries account and look for the yellow banner at parent.lvusd.org.
Step 2: Complete All Required Forms
Review and complete the following online sections in Aeries:
- Family Information
- Income
- Student
- Contacts
- Medical History
- Documents
- Authorization (Yes/No statements)
- Final Data Confirmation
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email from support@lvusd.org at the email address you have registered in Aeries.
Step 3: Update Contact Information
Make sure your contacts are updated so that you can receive all ParentSquare messages. Download the ParentSquare setup guide (PDF, opens in new tab).
New to Aeries
Setting Up a New Parent Account
- Visit parent.lvusd.org
- Select Create New Account
- Select Parent and click Next
- Enter the required information and click Next
- Check your email (including spam/junk folder) for an email from support@lvusd.org
- Click the link that says Confirm Current Email Address, or copy the code manually from the bottom of the email
- Return to parent.lvusd.org and log in with your new account
- Enter the 3 pieces of required information. The student verification code can be obtained from your child's school office.
You will need the following information:
- Student Permanent ID Number: Seven-digit unique ID
- Student Home Telephone Number
- Verification Code: Unique, case-sensitive code provided via email or from the school office
Existing Aeries User
Adding Additional Students
- Visit parent.lvusd.org
- Log in with your existing Parent account
- Select Change Student in the upper right corner
- Select Add new student to your account
- Enter the 3 pieces of required information. The student verification code can be obtained from your child's school office.
- Click Home in the upper left corner
Performing Data Confirmation
Once logged in, look for the yellow banner to begin the annual Data Confirmation process. You will review and update all student information including demographics, emergency contacts, medical history, and authorizations.
Helpful Tip: As a parent, you can update demographics, contacts, medical history, authorizations, and school site-specific documents at any time throughout the year.
Student Portal Account Setup
Students can set up their own Aeries Portal account to view their grades, attendance, and schedule.
Creating a New Student Account
- Go to student.lvusd.org
- Select Create New Account and choose account type: Student
- Enter your issued Student Gmail/LVUSD email account (ending in @student.lvusd.org)
- Enter your Student Permanent ID as your password and press Submit
- Wait 10 minutes for your account to auto-activate
- Return to student.lvusd.org and log in with your email address and Student ID
If You Already Have an Account: Password Reset
- Go to student.lvusd.org
- Select Forgot Password?
- Enter your student email address ending in @student.lvusd.org
- A verification email will be sent to your email address
- Follow the instructions in the email
Weekly Progress Email Notifications
Parents can sign up for weekly progress email notifications, which include up-to-date attendance and gradebook information.
