Parent, Student, and Staff Legal Notification Guidebook. The purpose of the guidebook is to ensure that the District's rules, regulations, and protocols are clearly defined in order to assist each student with the quest for academic excellence.
The Las Virgenes Academy (LVA) provides an alternative delivery method of instruction in core curricula by highly qualified teachers who assign a course of study and provide students with syllabi and necessary resources. Students meet with LVA teachers at least once every twenty days or more frequently as assigned.
Summer school is available to LVUSD students through Knowledge Counts. Knowledge Counts provides a tuition-based summer school program that welcomes all students currently enrolled in grades eight through twelve who either meet the prerequisites for acceleration or need to retake a class in which they received a D or F grade.
