Please be sure to print your Aeries Final Data Confirmation Sheet and return with the blue emergency card and yellow disaster tag at the appropriate times below:

Grades 1-3
If your last name begins with the letters:          

• A-L (only)  please come at 1:00 p.m.
• M-Z (only)  please come at 2:00 p.m.

Grades 4-5
If your last name begins with the letters:          

• A-L (only)  please come at 3:00 p.m.
• M-Z (only)  please come at 4:00 p.m.

For families with siblings in grades 1-3 AND 4-5, please come at the time that is convenient for you.
