Parents - If your child will be applying for a PRIVATE SCHOOL, please follow these instructions.
(1) ALL REQUESTS must be routed through the Counseling Office. Submit all requests (transcripts and teacher/administrator recommendations) to Krissi Povah in the Counseling Office. We MUST have a signed parent authorization form before the requests can be processed. Most private schools will provide one for you, however if that is not the case, please complete THIS FORM and submit it with your requests.
(2) Make sure you give the Counseling Office adequate time (at least two weeks) to process your request. Be aware of any deadlines that the private school may have.
(3) Parents must either provide stamped envelopes (enough to cover mailing all documents) OR an email address for the transcripts/recommendations to be sent. Transcripts and recommendations will be sent directly to the private school.
Contact Krissi Povah in the Counseling Office if you have questions or concerns.
