ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS: A nutrition fact by Eagles' Cafe': Did you know that Romaine lettuce's robust, crunchy leaves—the foundation of Caesar salads—are low in calories and high in vitamin C? In addition, romaine lettuce is a very good source of dietary fiber, manganese, potassium, biotin, vitamin B1, copper, and iron. And here is a fun fact: there are hundreds of hybrids of lettuce — so many, in fact, that you could eat a different one every day for almost a year!
