The mission of the LCMS PFC eBlast is to inform Lindero Canyon Middle School parents and families of school news, volunteer opportunities, and other information they need in order for their children to have the best possible middle school experience. We are unable to publish information that is not directly related to our mission.

Our weekly eBlast goes out on Sundays. The deadline for submissions is Thursdays at 6:00pm (subject to change during school breaks and holidays). Posting requests may be submitted to lcmsnewsletter@yahoo.com. If you would like to post something in LCMS PFC eBlast, please follow the submission guidelines below.

Keep in mind the intended audience of the eBlast. The messages we send out are for parents, not students.

The goal of the LCMS eBlast is to promote Lindero events and activities. As a courtesy, we will include announcements for other LVUSD schools/clubs and pre-determined non-profit partners one time only and at the discretion of the eBlast editors. Courtesy announcements are limited to a maximum of 75 words of text only, no graphics, no attachments. To run your announcement for a longer time, larger, in color or with more text, we encourage you to purchase advertising space which we offer at affordable rates.

Please do not ask the PFC to write your message for you; send it as you would like it to appear, but understand that some editing may be required. Do not format your message in any way. Include all essential information about your news item, but nothing extra. Tell our parents who, what, where, when, and how much it's going to cost. Keep in mind that the eBlast can get quite long, so brevity is essential. Provide contact information (a weblink, email address, and/or phone) for people to use if they would like to learn more.

The LCMS e-Blast is unable to advertise the large number of specific PAEC performances that are not Lindero-related. A link to the PAEC calendar is located in the upper left corner of our blast.

All postings are subject to approval.

The PFC president(s) and/or corresponding secretary may choose to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis or when requested by school administrative staff.
