Options for Bus Transportation and Information

    The Las Virgenes Unified School District operates a fee based home to school transportation program for students enrolled in the District’s regular education program to some, but not all schools.  (See Eligible Schools/Bus Schedules).  Fees are due twice each school year, at the beginning of each school semester.  Refunds are given only during the first two weeks of each semester, or if your child is no longer attending school in the Las Virgenes Unified School District. 

    Space is limited. It is recommeneded to get your application in as quickly as possible.

    Bus Safety:
    Student safety is our number one priority.  Please carefully review our School Bus Rules. For immediate safety concerns , please contact: Durham Bus Services at 818-880-4257 and Las Virgenes Unified School District at 818-878-5203.


    The bus stop between A.C. Stelle and A.E. Wright is stop 3024, Route U (located at Mulholland Highway and Paul Revere), the AM pick up time is 8:10 am and the PM drop off time is 3:50 pm.   


    Transportation Services sells bus passes two times a school year, Fall semester and Spring semester. They will begin processing Spring bus passes in early to mid January.

    City of Calabasas Shuttle

    The City of Calabasas offers a public transit service.  An annual Shuttle Transit Pass is required by anyone who wishes to ride on the shuttle.  (The only exception is Line 1 and the Weekend Trolley).  The transit application, along with the Rules and Regulations and the City shuttle Routes & Schedules, can be found by Clicking Here.  For infrequent users, transit tickets are now available at City Hall, for a nominal cost. You may also obtain information by calling the City of Calabasas, at 818-224-1600.


    The City of Calabasas operates two lines that support A.E. Wright:

    Line 2 stops at A.E. Wright and Lupin Hill

    Line 1 stops at A.E. Wright and Calabasas High School


    Line 1 is FREE of charge. Line 1 is a citywide route and Line 2 is a peak-hour routes. The City accepts two forms of fare media for use on the peak-hour (Line 2-6) transit routes:

    - $80 annual pass, available at City Hall
    - $1.00 transit tickets, available at City Hall and the Agoura Hills Calabasas Community Center

    Transit tickets and annual passes are available at Calabasas City Hall. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED on the transit vehicles. Tickets or passes must be purchased in advance. The annual pass is offered at a fixed price: it is not prorated.
