SCHOOL OF CHOICE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEGINNING JANUARY 9, 2012.
THE DEADLINE FOR SCHOOL OF CHOICE APPLICATIONS IS FEBRUARY 29, 2012.
PERMIT APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE AS CONDITIONS ALLOW.
A.C. Stelle Middle School and Indian Hills High School do not accept permits.
All applications and supporting documentation must be submitted electronically. Applications and supporting documentation submitted via email or on paper will not be accepted. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Applicants should register at their home school until they are notified that their permit has been approved.
You will be notified via email of the outcome of your permit.
If your student did not attend LVUSD during the last semester of 2011-2012 you will need to submit transcripts with your application. Report cards are accepted for elementary students. Students entering Kindergarten do not need to submit transcripts or report cards. Applications submitted without transcripts will be denied. Transcripts must be submitted when requested in the application. Do not email, mail or fax your supporting documentation.
