Counseling/Offices

Counseling Office
The Counseling Office handles all scheduling issues, transcripts, GPA questions, and most other questions relating to academics. They also help with letters of recommendation and some college advising. The Counseling Office is staffed by 6 full-time counselors, 2 full-time secretaries, and a full time registrar.

College and Career Center
The College and Career Center serves the AHS students by providing information on college entrance exams, picking a college, applying to college, applying for financial aid, competing in the NCAA, finding a job, doing comunity service and more. The office is staffed by a full-time college and career advisor.

College Planning Center
In response to high parent demand for easy access to college planning information online, we have added the new College Planning Center that will consolidate our existing College Planning Information as well as add much more information to our site.

Activities and Athletic Center/Webstore
The Activities and Athletic Center (AAC) is the office that handles everything related to AHS activities and athletics. This is the office that collects athletic participation donations, collects athletic forms, sells tickets to dances, collects money for AP exams, collects money for class fees, and a variety of other duties. Main Office
The Main Office handles guest check-in, holds the office of the Principal, answers general school questions, and can forward you to any office or staff member based on what you are looking for. The office is staffed by a full-time office manager, full-time secretary, parent volunteers, and student assistants to answer the phones.
